第2海域の最深部『沖ノ島海域』に進攻到達した鎮守府の面々は、今迄の敵の練度の桁違いの高さに悪戦苦闘。
幾度の斥候や作戦会議を経て、ついに提督は電が封印していた工廠の建造の使用に踏み切る事に。
徐々に目に見えて顔を信号機のように変色していく電を尻目に、艦隊に新たな戦力が投下される。
一癖もニ癖もある新たな仲間を迎え、久方振りに本気を出した提督の指揮が黒く光り、電からは比例して悲鳴が上がり――。

艦隊○れくしょん原作、全32P。
WEB上で公開している4コマ漫画を一部加筆+高画質修正して、電中心の鎮守府内描き下ろし漫画を収録。
