皆との交流を深め、情報伝達高上の名目で提督に広報部署設立案を持ちかけるところから全てが始まる。
渋る提督をあれよこれよの手腕で承諾を得、鎮守府所属の艦娘一行に電撃取材を敢行する。
悲鳴、絶望、狂気、修羅場…多種多様の感情が飛び交う中、青葉が制作した新聞は――。

艦隊○れくしょん原作、全32P。
WEBに挙げていた4コマ漫画を一部加筆+高画質修正して描き下ろし漫画を収録。
個性的過ぎる艦娘たちと超ドS提督の、賑やかでヴァイオレンスな艦隊ストーリー。

As the second waters are steadily conquering, newcomer Aoba makes a decision in the Admiral’s office.
Everything begins by deepening interaction with everyone and suggesting the admiral a proposal to establish a public relations department under the pretext of information transmission.
The reluctant admiral gets his consent with all sorts of skills and conducts a sudden interview with the ship girls belonging to the Naval Base.
Screams, despair, madness, hellish scenes…As a wide variety of emotions circulate, Aoba’s newspaper was produced…

Original work by Kantai ○ Rekusho, totaling 32 pages.
It includes some of the four-panel comics listed on the web and a newly drawn manga with high-quality corrections.
A lively and virtuous fleet story between an extremely unique ship girl and a super sadistic admiral.
The naval base remains as black as ever.
