その新戦力は新たな艦種でもあり、提督と以前知り合った顔見知りでもあった。
時は同じく、鎮守府に「作戦特殊仕様携帯情報端末『Spod』」なる携帯電話が配給される。
その端末は瞬く間に鎮守府に浸透するが、同時に青葉と夕張共同制作の端末内のリアルタイムSNS型アプリも浸透を広げる。

艦隊○れくしょん原作、全32P。
WEB上で公開している4コマ漫画を一部加筆+高画質修正して、鎮守府本の虫勢の描き下ろし漫画『艦隊ジャーナル120.5』を収録。
個性的過ぎる艦娘たちとドS提督の、賑やかでヴァイオレンスな艦隊ストーリー。
