年が明けて幾日か経過した横須賀第1遊撃部隊こと横須賀鎮守府。
任務は言うに及ばず非番でも皆の中心であった金剛が急病で床に伏し、鎮守府の酒呑みに俄かな余震が走る。
その中、金剛が趣味で経営する紅茶バー「和」の代理経営の抜擢を、兼ねてより手伝っていた潮が任命される。
そこで発生する人手不足というどうしようもない問題に直面し、何とか任された店を切り盛りしようと画策するが―
古株だからこその悩みと負い目を抱える潮と、日が浅くも持ち前の実力で難なくこなしてしまう球磨。
どこまでも凸凹な2人が織り成す、軍の任務から離れた群像劇が幕を開ける。

艦隊〇れくしょん原作、全36P。
WEB上で公開している4コマ漫画を一部加筆+高画質修正して、次シーズンへの幕間描き下ろし漫画『艦隊ジャーナル205.5』を収録。
個性的過ぎる艦娘たちとドS提督の、賑やかでヴァイオレンスな艦隊ストーリー。

A group drama that separates from the military missions, woven together by two uneven people, begins.
